We are to watch and pray for the Lord’s return. We will help you do so by keeping our eyes on the signs of the times and reporting them to you. Jesus chastised the Pharisees for not knowing the signs of the times in His day. So He wants to us know the signs today, for they instill in us hope for the future and encourage us to evangelize the lost while there is still time.
3. Seal Judgments
a. The Seven Seals opened by Christ
b. Seal 1 begins 70th Week of Daniel (See Gen 29:26-30, Daniel 9:27)
c. The Antichrist Covenant officially starts God’s ‘doomsday clock’ countdown by seven years
d. 25% of the earth’s population dies (Rev. 6:8)
e. 75% of the human population remain alive
And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.” Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword. Revelation 6:2-4
But some are reasons that may be new to some. I have selected some to list here. I might mention Dr. Pentecost’s statement that we should all remember when studying Scripture, “These considerations all arise from the literal method of interpretation.”
