My prayer request is for my son's marriage. Two days ago they separated. They have two children. Him and his wife are also unbelievers so I would also like a prayer request for their salvation; that they would come to know God.

I would like to thank you all for your prayers for my father-in-law. A quick recap for those who did not see my original prayer request: he had been romantically involved with a woman half his age for a number of years who is not a Christian, and their relationship was effectively a poison to his relationship with the Lord. His is twice-divorced and tended to seek her companionship out of loneliness; she reciprocated because he could support her financially. All of this was also at the expense of his 14-year-old daughter's walk with the Lord as well.

I had asked you all, and I continued, to pray the Lord would bring my father-in-law a suitable partner who would help him grow in his (and her) walk with the Lord. This prayer appears to have been answered (at least, partially). He quit seeing that young woman, literally a few days after the prayer request was posted, and met someone else, who is apparently very kind. She is also his age, only a few years younger than he (instead of 20+). They have been spending a lot of time together and they really seem to like each other.

Even though this prayer seems to be getting answered, I would like to ask if those reading this could continue praying for him. I am not certain if he is saved; though, I do not know for sure. He professes to be Christian, but several of his lifestyle choices reflect what appears to be a very lukewarm or absent faith. It is hard to say. Regardless, I would like to ask that you please pray for his salvation--whether it needs to be established or strengthened--and, either with this woman or someone else, that he is able to grow in the faith with a suitable partner. Lastly, I would like to ask that you please pray for my 14-year-old sister-in-law, that she also comes to know the Lord, especially after witnessing lifestyle choices that greatly undermined, if not destroyed, her father's spiritual example for her. Thank you!

My daughter has a same sex partner. They will be moving in together this summer. Please pray that this will not happen, as I know it is God's will according to his word.That she will have her eyes and ears open and come to Jesus.
