I am so grateful for this facility for prayer.
Suffering Poly Arthritis for 8 months now and housebound to boot. It’s agony and they haven’t got my drugs sorted yet. I can’t take the standard drug like Methotrexate due to my liver enzymes sky rocketing. On Thursday 18th July I have an appointment with the Rheumatologist. He’s been wanting me to start a drug called Humira which entails self injecting oneself every 2 weeks. I’m terrified to try it because 1) I doubt I’d be able to self inject. 2) the drug can cause cancer. 3) the drug can cause hair loss. I’m at my wits end as I know how badly I cope with appointments and there’s no one to accompany me. Please pray that I’ll get put on the medication that will be most efficacious for me. I’m scared —- But God!

Pastor Ronnie Jordan, beloved pastor of Cathedral of Praise Assembly of God in Houston, Texas:
Bro. Jordan has served over 40 years in the Police Force and is just now about to retire. He was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in January. The prayers and chemo have worked to clear the Lymphoma in the blood, but he will need surgery to clean up the tumor in his spine and some radiation following. He is not out of the woods yet, he although was really looking forward to living the retired worklife in order to concentrate on the pastorate. He is also a real worshipper with a beautiful baritone voice. Please join with us in praying for him.

I am please requesting prayers for my emotional and spiritual health regarding my long commute for work. I am suffering from persistent exhaustion from the commute, which is exacerbated by worsening construction in our city. The construction is forcing me to wake up at 4:30 each morning and begin my workday at 6 to bypass the busier times.
I am still dozing off at my desk, getting dizzy spells and vertigo, and oversleeping on weekends and my alternating Fridays off (my schedule is a 9/80). My body is also addicted to coffee to help me function, so on weekends, I feel terrible from mini-withdrawal. This is causing me to suffer emotionally, as I often have crying spells, depression, fits of anger and dread, and irritability. I am also getting sick much more often. The worst case of sickness sent me to the emergency room because I blacked out from the sickness combined with exhaustion.
I don't know what to do. I am the breadwinner of the home because my husband's job doesn't pay a livable wage, so I can't afford to quit. Additionally, I am a contractor working at a government facility, so I am not awarded the same benefits as government employees, such as commuters working from home a 2--3 days a week to help curb fatigue from the long commute. I constantly pray to the Lord for relief, but I still feel like I'm treading water without a life-preserver, and I don't know how much longer I can hang on like this. Prayers for this would be so appreciated. Thank you.

I just want to thank everyone who prayed for me regarding my meeting yesterday with my pastor and elders about their views on end times doctrine. Thanks to all the prayers, as well as some wise advice from an older pastor, I was able to ask them their views on Israel, replacement theology, and end times issues. As I had begun to suspect, they were trained up in Reformed Theology, so the pastor said he believes in "AMillenialism" while one of the elders said he leans more toward "PreMillenialism," but I don't think any of them had fully thought it through. I was very careful not to preach or share a lot of my views - per the advice I had gotten, I asked questions and listened. The meeting went very well, and hopefully, they will think and pray and study more about it! Some good news is that the men's Bible study that is starting up soon will be studying the book of Daniel! (I know the man who is leading it, and he is the one who sent me to the prophecy conference where I met the older pastor. They are teaching Dispensationalism, which is what I learned as a child.) My pastor just told me yesterday that the ladies' Bible study will be doing Revelation, but I don't know yet who is leading it. Please pray about that, as the woman who has been doing those studies seems to be Reformed as well.
All of the prayers helped me so much, as I was worried that I might be tempted to "preach to the preachers." May the Lord use this as He wills!!
Also, I am praying for Israel and for our nation, as we are in deep trouble as well. Following the assassination attempt on Pres. Trump, the Freedom Research Council (Tony Perkins) sent me an invitation to join a prayer service that they put on YouTube last night. By God's grace, I was able to watch it and pray along with them. It was very powerful!

I would ask for continued prayer for my son as he weans himself off of pot and nicotine. He's going through withdrawal. Please pray for him to truly put God first in his life. Please also pray for my dog as he goes for another round of tests due to high protein levels in his urine. There has been improvement. Please pray for complete healing and that we could take him off of the expensive diet he's been on as a result of this issue. Thanks so much.

Please pray for a friend who signed over everything to his wife 3 years ago because he was diagnosed with cancer and he thought he was going to die. He is still fighting cancer 3 years later but now he is in divorce court due to his wife’s adulteries affair. Things are not looking good but I realize God can make miracles.
