I wanted to thank everyone who prayed for my chronic pain. I am still seeing the specialist but at the same time I posted my request. I started feeling a lot better. In fact, I should be in a lot of pain now because I drive a lot and had a two hour trip, but I didn’t hurt it all. I believe prayer works and I asked that you continue praying for long-term healing.

Please pray that I will have the humility, acceptance and willingness to make lifestyle changes for my health. I got some serious lab results and must make consistent and strict changes over the next 90 days before the next followup appointment. If I don't get improved readings at that time, there will be pressure to move to medications and procedures I don't want. This can be managed with lifestyle changes if I'm diligent.
