One thing we have to remember: Trump does not come to the Israel question from an emotional base. He doesn’t see these things through a biblical lens. The ultimate deal-maker is addicted to negotiation and deal-making. His strategy in the Middle East is to be so repulsed by war that he swings too much that way.
