A Florida trooper recently administered a roadside test to a big-rig trucker, but it had nothing to do with driving under the influence. Video of the encounter, obtained by Fox News, shows the officer testing the man with a simple road sign … to no avail.

“For 40 years, I drove in Cuba,” says the trucker finally, in Spanish.
