Please pray for my granddaughter Lana who is beginning college in the fall and is attending a college far from family and friends. In her teen years she was raised in an ungodly sin-filled atmosphere. Please pray that as she is away from this influence she will return to the truth of her youth when she was taught salvation and to be a Jesus follower. Pray for a protective hedge and loving Christian friends to be in her life. Thank you

I want to encourage Linda that has a 40 year old son that is an Alcoholic and now has denounced christianity.
My husband was an alcoholic, we tried the worlds ways, and the church. I finally separated from him for five years. We had a miracle baby girl that was 4 1/2 at the time. Through the Lord working we got back together when our daughter was 10. It’s a long story, but keep praying for your son! Did all our troubles go away? No, but the drinking did! He never drank again! There was another bigger problem we should have address, but we didn’t. It had always been there since I met my husband.
We said we were “Christians” but the world was all around us. And as you know if your not reading the Word and praying your drifting farther and farther away for the Lord.
But finally in the last (almost) two years he has not touched that other problem that Tore our marriage a part for years. 2020 and this big wake up call in that year for everyone, caused my husband to search his heart. That scripture when Jesus is speaking saying “get away from Me I never knew you” would be finally after all these years, convicting him.
Now our only child (an adult at 39) is an alcoholic and tells us she is a Christian but it’s very hard to tell with the things she believes. Our daughter lives 2300 miles away from us. She will not speak to us about abortion (it’s not for her, but feels we should not put that on anyone else) thinks the LGBTQ is fine, that the news his correct and true and her parents are wrong. Can’t speak about anything that would shed some light on these subjects, even Christianity.
But God......we are praying for her more then we ever have in the past. Please pray for our daughter! And keep praying Linda, and I will keep pray for you family and your son!!!!
It’s a totally miracle that my husband is now walking with the Lord like I had hoped for for 45 years!

Please pray for my son. He is drinking so much he is about to lose his wife and kids. His dad is verbally abusive and putting him down. He feels he needs to be around his dad so he can take over the farm. His dad is an enabler with alcohol, he’s an alcoholic as well, and holds the farm over his head. I divorced his dad 15 years ago and my son has taken my place with the abuse. I hurt because I just found all this out and know he has taken my place after I left.

Please pray for my husbands and son's. They need good employment. All of their jobs where closed forever during the pandemic shutdown. They now all work 2 jobs for less than half their old pay and we just are finding it very difficult to hold on much longer. We really need a miracle. My husband works in the automotive manufacturing industry. Oldest son is a Bible teacher. Youngest son is in I.T. Please pray for good jobs with good, equally yoked worldview companies. Thank you.
