Hello,

I need urgent prayer over our fight with insurance/ state plagued problems. We live in a red state and have been very involved with elections and speaking up locally for conservative Bible values. My husband farms and I am a stay at home mom that homeschools. We have had a lower to mid income due to my husbands farming. We both hold degrees and worked prior to us having kids. We were forced into Obamacare (always had our own private or work insurance prior). We have kept up with our insurance premiums when asked to pay. Our state insurance exchanges led us to our current insurance. This insurance company updated its websites and payment options earlier this year. Their website was unable to take online payments for months due to their “upgrades.” Their customer service had an AI payment that also was faulty and it left me only with the option to call in monthly and wait for a human to assist. I received a letter the other day saying they were canceling our insurance due to none premium payments (after accepting and deducting my payments out of my bank accounts). They also falsely lied they didn’t receive payment for a specified period. I have proof of these payments. I tried to file a grievance with them and to no surprise their online process kept throwing error messages. We need insurance coverage. We have also had my husbands life insurance dropped after we had paid a policy on time for nearly a decade and I have policies for 45 years. The company accepted our payments but months later would return them and a year we went through their hoops to try and get his policy reinstated. He did several medical exams and was found healthy. We never got vaxxed. To this date they simply said they want him to start a new policy and a higher premium. And our state taxes were screwed up and we received a letter stating they were placing a lien on our property for non payment. I called and showed proof of payments and deductions from our bank. They were forced to write a letter of apology and drop the faulty lien. I feel this is has happened due to our support of both Israel (financially as well) and our conservative biblical values and voting. Pray this is rectified with rightful coverage. Thanks!
