Please play pray for my son in his fifties. He was saved at a very young age and
was raised in very good churches, including youth groups. He had a good background spiritually. He unfortunately turned away from God and has been involved in muslim believes beliefs and also some New Age pursuits. He is now going through a divorce. He works hard and makes a very good income. He recently began using ketamine prescribed by a physician (is my understanding). We are near estranged. I rarely hear from him. He has held much anger and bitterness in the past.
Please pray James comes back to the Lord. Please pray he gives up anger and resentment etc. I know that the Lord hears and answers prayer. I am believing for my son. As a very young single mother and new with the Lord, Ihad him (and his sister) dedicated to the Lord at my church. I often remind the enemy of this. Thank you for your prayers in his behalf. We are asking for prayer for our unsaved family members - prayer in particular for our son, Patrick, who for the last 10+ years, is choosing to live a homosexual lifestyle. This same young man, while in highschool, felt God was calling him to be a pastor - he is now 40 years old.
I truly believe Christ's return for the church is just around the corner and time is short - we don't want to see our loved ones left behind.

Praise the Lord, for His steadfast love endures forever! I shared a prayer request about my husband and I finding a home, to ask for prayers that houses wouldn't be snatched up before we could find something. I also asked for prayers for what I thought was the perfect home to suit our needs, that it would also hang in there until we could make an offer. The urgency was exacerbated by the fact that our current rental home has several issues the landlords have not addressed.
The Lord exceeded our expectations! We did not end up purchasing the home I thought was perfect, as our realtor discovered it was steeply overpriced--the seller unwilling to budge on the price--and we would not have been able to afford the difference between the seller's asking price and the appraisal value. Instead, after touring that home with my mother-in-law the other day, we toured another home right after that was much more beautiful, better maintained, and newer. However, because of these things, no one thought we had a chance of obtaining the home, especially because a) houses in our area are selling like hotcakes and b) the seller was scheduled to host an open-house event even after we already made an offer on the home. This meant we could have become involved in a bidding war (potentially with Californians), which we would be unable to afford.
Because of the Lord's wonderful and gracious providence, He helped us obtain this second home. Despite being up against another offer, we still got the house because the other individual who made an offer wanted to move in right away, but the seller needed more time. Yet we have all the time in the world! This house is also cheaper than the other one and even helps with my long commute to work. The Lord is wise, and He knows us and our needs better than we do. We praise His name, knowing He has given us such a gracious gift as this!

Please pray for my 20 year old daughter who suffered a stroke on 2/25/24. The ischemic stroke occurred on the right side of her brain affecting the left side of her body. Her recovery has been nothing short of a miracle, but she still has more healing to do. We are praying for complete healing and no further stroke events. We are also praying for answers as the cause is still unknown (she is/was not jabbed). We live in California and have consulted a specialist at UCSF who could not provide much. We have upcoming appointments at Stanford (June 6) and UCLA (8/13). Man (aka doctors) may not know the cause, but the Lord does! We are praying He will reveal a cause with a promising prognosis and a non-invasive treatment. My daughter knows and loves the Lord, but this has been tough on her. She tries to not live in fear, but it is so difficult for a young, smart, healthy girl to navigate all of this. Thank you to all who are willing to pray for her, you are blessing to us.
