Thank you for praying for me. I have a few struggles that I’m allowing to steal my joy. One I have had several falls and now have need for surgery on my neck. I have a lot of pain in my shoulders, hands and arms. Nothing helps the pain. I’m not positive the surgery will even stop it. But I still have 2 1/2 weeks before I get to talk to a neurosurgeon. I’ve been waiting 4 months.
Along with this I am moving along into stages of heart failure. I struggle to breath with any exertion. I am very fearful of what is coming because there
is no cure. Will they even try Surgery with the heart failure in the picture?
I am trying so hard to put my hope in God (psalm 43). Pray I do not offend the Lord by my self pity, but that I will be faithful. Thank you!

I want you all to know how much I appreciate your prayers. I don't have any answers or clear directions concerning the loss of my job, but it is such a blessing to receive the notifications that you are praying. Please continue to pray for my former boss, EL. I pray that he will be blessed and that it will be clear and undeniable that it is because of our prayers. He is not a believer.
Of course, I still need your prayers regarding my employment and financial situation, as well as my relationship with my mother. Long and short, I am hesitant to accept her financial help due to the manipulative nature of the relationship.

In April of this year, a sudden storm caused a big limb to fall and hit my back car bumper, leaving a large hole in it. I did not ask the owner of the house, which we had rented for 10 years, to pay to fix it, only to possibly have the other dead branches trimmed. He left and returned shortly with a 30 day eviction notice.
No one that I asked knew of any places for rent. We put our things in a reasonably priced store room, and went to a motel for a few weeks.
Our only income is my SS check.
On the day of my next check, we moved into the only apartment that was available. Sparing the details, it soon proved to be uninhabitable.
We put the rest of our things in the storeroom, and returned to the motel.
My check this past Wednesday must cover 5 weeks due to being each 3rd Wednesday of every month.
