I have followed my Lord since becoming a believer in 1989. I was diagnosed with anal/rectal cancer on Nov 2023 and was told it would be a 6-7 week treatment 2 infusions chemo and radiation 5 days a week. The first chemo treatment caused a heart angina attack, the second caused a full blown heart attack. That was in March, 2023. I quit all treatment, started with hospice since I couldn’t do anymore treatment. For the following five months I began to heal, everything healed. I was back to normal. I was admin of my Caring Bridge blog site and we were all praising the lord. Suddenly after three weeks it all came back along with three lung lesions and the original tumor. It has felt like a spiritual attack since all cancer was gone. This was in September 2023 and has been a nightmare with the tumor outside of my body, lots of pain, and bloody discharge. Hospice will tell me I probably have months to live then change that to weeks, then I feel better and it’s back to months. This cancer is playing games with my head. However many have watched as I have waited on the Lord and people have watched me and been impacted by this. I have resigned it all to the Lord. I have 3 unsaved grandsons; one of whom is living with me and taking care of me.
My prayer request is that they will see Jesus in all of this and be led to salvation before I go home .
I have followed Jan since the early 1990s when she was still with Kaplan. I admire and appreciate this organization very much.
