Dear Beloved in Christ,

I am reaching out to humbly ask for your prayers as I navigate a challenging season in my life. Recently, I have been struggling with persistent physical and emotional burdens—constant nausea, bloating, and deep anxiety that leads to overwhelming panic attacks. The fear of vomiting consumes me daily, and I find myself wrestling with doubt and spiritual uncertainty. It feels as though I am trapped in a cycle of fear, and the enemy’s voices use scripture to mock and condemn, making it hard to hold on to the peace and comfort that I know are found in God.

In addition to this, I have also noticed that my dedication to prayer has become weak and inconsistent. I long to draw closer to God, but distractions and lack of discipline have made it difficult to commit to daily, heartfelt communion with Him. My spirit is yearning for renewal in my prayer life, and I need God’s help to strengthen my faith and devotion.

Please join me in praying for:

- **Divine Healing:** That God would heal both my body and mind, removing all physical and emotional burdens that cause distress.

- **Freedom from Anxiety:** That the Lord would deliver me from anxiety and panic attacks, replacing fear and doubt with His perfect peace.

- **Renewed Prayer Life:** That God would reignite my passion for prayer, and help me overcome distractions, so that I may draw near to Him daily with sincerity and devotion.

- **Strength in Faith:** That I would be able to stand firm in the promises of God, trusting that He is with me, even in the midst of trials.

- **Victory over the Enemy’s Lies:** That I would recognize and reject the lies of the enemy, standing firm in the truth of God’s Word, knowing that His plans for me are good.

Thank you for your love, prayers, and support. I believe in the power of prayer and the faithfulness of our God, and I trust that together we can lift up these needs before His throne of grace. May the Lord bless you all as you stand with me in prayer.

My prayer request is for Lynn. She has been so sick for the last two weeks, stomach issues hurting her, can't eat normal. She feels like she has covid and thick phlegm in her throat. Please ask for healing for her. Her daughter, and son and myself need her! Please don't take her home Father. We need her!!!

Please pray for my husband and I. We’ve only been married 3 years. We have my 13 year old daughter who is struggling with discernment and is susceptible and vulnerable to bad influences. We have a 2 year old son together. My husband works 2 jobs and I work a job too. We are very busy and I spend the most time with our toddler due to his age and needs. My daughter is very disobedient often and my husband and ai are struggling with her. The work overload on both of us plus our teen puts a huge strain on our marriage. We are both sleep deprived. We don’t have family near to help me with the kids and I do all of the work with the kids, plus all of the work in our home to make it a home. I feel like I have 5 jobs. I feel distant from my husband due to us not having time to spend together, any kind of time at all. We desperately need to spend time with our kids too. The reason we both work and work so much is to try and get out of debt. It is a struggle to make ends meet. Please keep our marriage and family in your prayers
