Heavenly Father, I bless your holy name, thank you for your goodness in my life. I pray for healing of my bladder and healing of any leaking or tears or damage to my bladder, kidneys, stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder,intestines from a surgery, please repair all punctures and attacks to my organs and stop whatever is causing this pain and fluid retention, I pray for healing of my blood pressure and any area of my body that is not functioning properly, I pray for mercy and grace and pain relief today my Dear Lord. I purchased a used car last September and have been having problems with it. I brought it to a mechanic and found out I need a whole new engine. I am very distraught. I can't afford that or another car as I am making payments still on this one. I am a single mom and need a reliable car to take my kids to their doctors appointments (they both have health issues). Please pray for God's guidance and provision as I am feeling very hopeless right now.
