The Battle For Israel Is Now Being Fought Inside The Church
The Presbyterian Church (USA) has taken an increasingly confrontational position toward Christian Zionism, including a General Assembly resolution rejecting it and an August conference titled “Christianity Without Christian Zionism.” Other mainline Protestant denominations, including elements of the Methodist, Lutheran, Episcopal, and United Church of Christ traditions, have similarly challenged theological arguments used to support Israeli territorial claims.
