The growing popularity of “New Age” beliefs likely stems in part from fewer Americans following traditional religions, according to political analyst Ruy Teixeira.

“The data suggests this is the fastest growing religious group in America, are people who don’t hold any firm religious beliefs,” Teixeira, a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, said Wednesday on Hill.TV’s “What America’s Thinking.”

Most American adults self-identify as Christians. But many Christians also hold what are sometimes characterized as “New Age” beliefs – including belief in reincarnation, astrology, psychics and the presence of spiritual energy in physical objects like mountains or trees. Many Americans who are religiously unaffiliated also have these beliefs.

For the last three years, liberal Christians have told conservative Christians that we were hypocrites for supporting Donald Trump. We were told that we betrayed fundamental gospel values, that we sold our souls in an attempt to regain political power, that we outright denied Jesus.

This false gospel is spreading across the globe at breakneck speed.  I will refer to this movement as the SJG.

The SJG movement has Marxist/Socialist roots.  They believe in the redistribution of wealth.  They are pro-abortion as a whole. They are Global Warming fanatics.  They are anti Capitalism. They march with LGBT groups. They call themselves Christians and many are jumping on that train.

As has been the custom for the past 50 years, Roman Catholics worldwide who pray at a cemetery between Nov. 1-8—and follow other requirements—are being offered a plenary indulgence to free their loved one from Purgatory and send their soul to Heaven. The practice has been said to be unbiblical for a number of reasons.

The spiritual world was real to me, even as a child, because of my engagement with the occult. What started out as intrigue and entertainment quickly led to a lifestyle of encounter with the stuff of Hollywood lore. I remember watching a chair slide across the floor and a candle floating off the coffee table. I saw things no one should see.

Yet, out of all the Antichrist candidates who have come and gone, Emmanuel Macron, who became President of France on the 14th of May, 2017, has generated more end-time buzz than any other world leader that I know! This is because Macron seems to fit the exact characteristics of the Antichrist in so many ways…

The Bible clearly teaches that the Antichrist is coming and he will rule over a world government (Dan. 7:23, 9:24-27; Matt. 24:15; II Thess. 2:3-4; Rev. 13:7-8).

Two things are required for this to happen: One, there must be a decline in nationalism or patriotism, and Two, there must be a rise in globalism or world government.

On the surface, there does not seem like there is a lot to be thankful for in the 2018 version of America. Wildfires, hurricanes, typhoons, mass shootings, lawless migrant caravans, a nation divided, political witch-hunts, mob violence, and leftist media frenzy have all become part of the new normal. Issues like gender and marriage, which should not be controversial simply due to common sense aspects, now are. Men want to be women, and women, men. Islam is somehow peaceful. Christianity is somehow hateful. Everything seems turned upside down and inside out. The newer generations are quick to be angry and offended about everything. They demand we upend 6,000 years of human history, to accommodate their “outrage.”

A year ago I began writing a couple commentaries reflecting on things I never thought I would live to see. Pastor David Jeremiah started this line of thinking several years ago. Today, I introduce part 3 of my thoughts, because I never thought I would see the day when . . . .

• The slaughter of eleven Jews in a Pittsburgh synagogue would be blamed on the most pro-Israel President ever.

I am hearing from Christian leaders who are struggling with Satanic pushback like never before.  They are experiencing discouragement, family struggles, health challenges, ministry conflict, and personal attacks. Frankly, they sense a horde of demons have been loosed to harass and discourage. I believe that is exactly what has happened.

Many contemporary churches have moved far into the field of social activism, oftentimes casting it as “social justice,” based on collectivist ideas and strategies that include the defense of left-leaning causes such as gay rights.

Evangelical churches are among them, and now some Christian leaders are responded with a “Statement on Social Justice & the Gospel.”

“We are deeply concerned that values borrowed from secular culture are currently undermining Scripture in the areas of race and ethnicity, manhood and womanhood, and human sexuality,” declares the statement.

A baby was being dedicated on the first Sunday we visited the new church. A book was presented to the parents of the baby. The name of the book was Jesus Calling. I had read about this book, and knew that it was very controversial, but I had no idea how wrong this book was for any Christian to be reading.

I know that this article is going to upset many people who have come to love Jesus Calling.

It’s true that the road to destruction is as broad as ever (Matthew 7:13-14). It’s true that many churchgoers are attracted to preachers who tickle their itching ears (2 Timothy 4:3-4). And it’s true that many pastors seem to have an unwritten 11th commandment, “Thou shalt not offend.”

It’s coming to a tipping point here on planet Earth. Even people who are not normally tuned in to end-time events sense something is getting ready to happen. There is a lot of speculation as to what exactly it is, but most feel like the earth is becoming a more dark and dangerous place. Dark spiritually, too. Surely, the other shoe is getting ready to drop.

I wish to make clear that I am not judging the Salvation of Andy Stanley. I pray that he will understand that the slippery slope on which he finds himself is leading to all sorts of errant teaching.  His words are NOT from the Word of God.

Concerns were recently raised online after Serita Jakes, the wife of controversial megachurch minister T.D. Jakes, posted photographs of women engaging in a yoga session at The Potter’s House during a forum designed to teach women about leading healthy lives.

One can sense the hand of God holding back, moving around, shifting and manipulating things on the national and international scenes–amidst the satanic rage that drives the world toward complete insanity. That is, one can sense it spiritually, if properly attuned to God’s Word, and where this generation stands in relationship to what that Word has to say about end-times things.
