Nearly two dozen childcare centers in the Somali-majority district represented by Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., were raided by the FBI on Tuesday in what apparently is a massive investigation into allegations of billions of dollars in social services program fraud.  The targets included the infamous “Quality Learing Center” whose managers eventually fixed the spelling on their public-facing signage.
