Last year my mother died and left me a very substantial amount of money from the sale of her house, but she stipulated in her will that I must receive it through a “Special Disability Trust” that would let me withdraw and use money for 3 kinds of purchases tax free, but I must qualify for the trust by my doctor affirming I have a disability, which I do, I can’t work more than 7 hours per week in the open market (no allowances for a disability) which I’m not sure I do.
If I don’t qualify for an S.D.T. I would have to receive my inheritance another way which would mean much more of my money would be taxed because the current government is just like a Democrat government only much worse.
