My daughter has been having bizarre paranoid delusions this last year about everyone trying to kill her. It has been tearing her mother and my heart out. She is in the mental hospital now and we thought they would help her get over her paranoia. She just called and said she is not going to tell them at the hospital about her paranoid thoughts because she doesn't want them to keep her in the hospital longer. She has been living with us lately because of her fear of living alone and we were her only support. system. She said she is not coming back to our house or her town because "everyone thinks she is crazy there" . She has contacted an old boyfriend that believes her delusions and we are afraid she might be planning to move in with him. He is the one who got her started using pot. She is a Christian but her thinking lately has been so irrational due to her mental illness (bipolar). Pray that she will gain some insight into her illness and get treated for it so she can live a normal life. She has lost 3 jobs in the last year due to paranoia and many relationships.
