As co-trustee of our parent’s estate, my sister and i have received property ‘reassessment values’ adding up to thousands of dollars for properties that were held in the trust, which are dispersed and/or sold.
We are not owners of the properties. One property bequeathed to us was promptly sold.
Prayers needed for correct, fair, and swift resolution to this matter.
