My youngest son, Joey, recently moved from the U.S. to Turkey and has embraced a new family there. We are still in close contact, but while having professed Christ as Savior as a child, he now claims to be agnostic and prefers to show tolerance of all religions. Joey is a very loving young man who has gone through much difficulty in life. He has been a prodigal since age 18 (now 30). Please pray that the Lord will intervene—perhaps by sending a believer to him there in Istanbul—and that He will be merciful to open Joey’s eyes to the truth, so that he might repent and make Jesus the Lord of his life. Please pray for a baby 20 weeks in the womb, just found to have severe brain damage. Pray for a miracle of healing from the Lord. Pray that the parents will keep and not abort this baby. Pray that the Lord will give the parents everything they need for care for this baby.

Please pray for my son C and his wife K and their three young children. Both my son and his wife have professed saving faith in Christ, but I long to see them "hungering and thirsting after righteousness" (Matt 5:6) and being "transformed by the renewing of their minds" (Romans 12:2). I long to see the Fruit of the Spirit in their lives. I pray their faith be precious in all aspects of their lives and that they will be completely healed from the alcoholism and drug use of their past. Thank you.
