I would like to lift up my father- and sister-in-law in prayer. Both claim to be Christian (raised Catholic) and always talk about God's blessings in their life; they also emphasize praying a lot and certain ritualistic activities. However, neither emphasize Christianity in their home lives as a number-one priority, which is having a detrimental effect on their kids.
Both my father- and sister-in-law have the same issue, which is that they don't seek godly partners or make a relationship with the Lord a priority in their relationships. Both divorced, they are romantically involved with people who do not have a relationship with the Lord and are extremely worldly in their behaviors; thus, they, too, also are extremely worldly in their behaviors. We are unsure if they are saved.
My father-in-law's partner has been involved on- and off-again with him for years, and he always returns to her when a relationship fails, then leaves her again when he is interested in someone else. (Rinse and repeat.) This provides absolutely no godly foundation for his daughter (my half-sister-in-law), who is almost 15 and is struggling with an extremely dark "emo" phase. My sister-in-law's partner has several nasty habits (such as vaping and drinking), and is currently in the process of moving in with her without getting married. This also provides no godly foundation for her daughters (our nieces); plus, it puts those little girls at a high risk of abuse, being spiritually misled, or both. Neither my father- or sister-in-law's ex-spouses are Christian, and so these kids rely on my father- and sister-in-law for godly counsel and guidance,, but they do not receive it because their parents are too distracted by their current relationships. The consequences of my father- and sister-in-law's actions are glaringly obvious, but neither seem to care.
This situation breaks my heart, and it's worsened because I know those kids are being led down the path of destruction because of the self-centered decisions of their parents. My husband and I have also offered our opinions about their romantic partners, but they brush us off and continue onward. I ask those reading this to please pray for the salvation of my father- and sister-in-law, and also for the salvation of their kids. Thank you.

Pastor Bill, an exorcist, who is in heart failure. Please pray his body expels the fluid it keeps retaining due to his heart only pumping 26% causing swelling in his entire body. He was discharged from the hospital but may need to return. He’s on many medications.

Please ask God to show me what He wants me to be doing with my time currently. I am a writer and blogger, but some very significant personal attacks, and a very long period of taking care of a family member at the expense of my own physical and mental wellbeing, took a tremendous toll. I have lost the urgency and drive for ministry and don't know if it is because the Lord genuinely wants to allow me time to rest and recover, or whether I have allowed perspective to become warped in the wake of it all. Please ask for fullness of the Spirit for such a time as this. I refuse to go forward in my own "wisdom" or "strength". Whether I need chastening, or insight, I need power to go on in the battle and not lose sight that it is against principalities and powers. I need to know His will for me in this hour. Please also pray for salvation for Jean, Angie, Ben, Isaac, Syd, and many lost relatives. Time is so short for getting them into the fold and I have grown discouraged. My "Christian friends" refuse to accept that the hour is late. Pray for growth in my husband's walk and role as spiritual head. I'm praying for your requests as well. For me, the road thru this life has been long and rocky. I'm so weary.
