Looking forward to 2026, one is to wonder if the focus will remain on Israel. Truly, there is no reason why it will not, and, in fact, all seems to indicate that Israel will be even more of a focal point in the coming year. The real question is: Will it be a focal point or a thorn in the flesh?
The question is whether the Nigerian government will now take meaningful steps to rein in the radical Islamic groups responsible for the increasing violence. Since 2014, according to Open Doors USA, Nigeria has been the most dangerous nation in the world to be a Christian, and 2025 has been, by far, the worst year on record.

10. Radical “LGBTQ” advocacy groups are losing money. As funding streams dry up, the Human Rights Campaign, GLSEN, the Trevor Project and others had to lay off staff during 2025. Whether they will make up that shortfall is anyone’s guess, but the less funding they have, the less harm to our culture and our children. I say, Hallelujah.
