There is a group today known as the New Apostolic Revelation who claim to have special revelation from God. They teach Dominion Theology, which is the belief that the church must have dominion over Education, Religion, Family, Business, Government/Military, Arts/Entertainment, and Media before Jesus can return. This is a direct contradiction of the book of Revelation and Jesus’ own words in Luke 17. The counsel of the Lord when such things happen is do not go after them or follow them.
